Our core principles at adventX are ADVENTURE, FITNESS, and COMMUNITY. Fitness The secret to the adventX fitness method lies within the synthesis of its parts. Ours is a complete training system that does not rely on a single training type. Instead, it fuses endurance, strength, speed, power, balance, coordination, agility and stamina to produce a uniquely and highly effective result for the athlete. Often people who are beginning their training (especially after a layoff or injury) don’t identify themselves as athletes. We do. From day one, our clients feel the benefits that a well trained athlete enjoys - no matter what age, fitness level, or experience level. Community We extend this principle to our coaching team. All of our coaches have practical experience as well as a specialty skill set. The result is a blend of expertise that allows us to benefit from combining varied but synergistic types of training in one class.
